DVD There are various standard packaging formats available for DVD, but we do have the technology, the ability, and the experience to advise you on any special ideas you may have for your project.
Vinyl We offer a full vinyl manufacturing service including cutting laquers or DMM [direct metal masters] from compiled DAT or CDR, processing lacquers and providing test pressings for your approval. We press 12" or 10" vinyl on standard 130g -140g vinyl or heavyweight 180g vinyl. Of course we supply paper or polylined inner bags, plain 'disco' and spined sleeves, pvc outers, sleeving, packing, inserting, stickering and shrinkwrapping. We also press 7" vinyl which can be 'dinked' [with extra large centre holes]. We print sleeves for 12" , 7" & 10" and gatefold or wide spined sleeves for multi record sets on standard and special boards with gloss or matt or satin finishes and with or without centre holes. Sleeves can be embossed, debossed, spot uv'd, gloss or matt laminated, boardmounted and are printed in CMYK [4 colour process] or special colours. We also print centre labels, stickers and inserts. We offer printed boxes and cases for multi vinyl sets using card, board mounting, polypropylene, tin, wood, pvc... So do ask us if you require special packaging. Visit our main site for more details. Disc On Demand Tribal Manufacturing’s Disc on Demand service offers the perfect solution for smaller cd orders. You want a professionally printed full colour cd, no glassmastering charges, not stick on paper labels, and you want them delivered to your door. For special promotions, for inter office use, for advertising, for sales, or to get your logo noticed on your ‘own branded’ cdrs. We produce full colour cdr discs from your cdr master and artwork supplied on disc or via ISDN or e mail. Your discs can be delivered in a variety of packaging, including pvc clear wallets and cd jewel cases. We can include a digitally printed full colour booklet and inlay, or insert in same quantity as your disc order.
